Who exactly are the folks that make up this group? Honestly, who we are isn’t that important to us – since we are here to serve Him who is greater than us. However, we also acknowledge that those of you gracing us with your presence would like to know how to refer to us, we will provide some limited personal information.
Shawn “Padre” Adams –
Married for over 30 years with two adult children. Initial founder and primary web developer. Padre is what his kids have called them since they were young, so he has adopted it as an online moniker. This is not a declaration of him believing he is on par with a priest or anything other than a name he is known by in some circles. He will answer to it, so that is good enough for listing here.
By no means a biblical scholar but has a heart for Christ and is looking to do something. Part of what motivates him is Christian Rock. The song “Break the Silence” by Love Like Gravity had a noticeable impact on the creation of this site. As the lyrics say, “Save your voice OR save a generation.”
